- The Bed is manufactured by an Aircraft material honeycomb Structure and in manufacturing the bed it uses a number of cubical tubes.
- The Stiffness of the tubes increases the strength and tensile strength of the bed; it also increases the resistance and stability of the guard rail so as to effectively avoid the distortion of the bed.
- The manufacturing process will be assuring 20 years of use without deformation;
